absolutely my favorite

i ran out, and thought id be fine. not only did i miss it, great for those bumps on the upper arm and dry cracked feet become soft and supple, but i started getting sick. Every cold that came by i caught. Im not saying that its a for sure thing, but im not willing to risk it at this point. lol

The magnesium kids cream is out of this world! It’s so amazing and crafted with such intention and love. I give my toddler little baby massages every night and we’ve added this to the rotation and he is obsessed. He tries to open the can and put it on his own feet. Says “oh so softy!” Very high quality ingredients and we love it.

Actually, surprised by how much I like this

I grabbed this magnesium spray kind of on a whim, but it’s turned out to be one of those little things that just works. I use it mostly at night—couple sprays on my feet, legs or even my stomach —and it helps take the edge off any tension. No sticky mess, no weird smell. Just a simple way to calm down and feel a bit more grounded. Definitely keeping this next to my bed.
